Telephone psychotherapy - Help is just a phone call away

Telephone psychotherapy from Spaxton, Nr. taunton (somerset)

I am trained and experienced in providing psychotherapy over the telephone for difficulties that may require more than a few sessions.  Psychotherapy over the telephone with me can be for personality, emotional or relationship problems.  Such difficulties may be that you're feeling anxious, depressed, empty, lonely, stressed, not fulfilling your potential, or that you find you are having relationship problems either at work or in your personal/family life.

Telephone Psychotherapy is particularly useful for those who want to explore problems in order to understand themselves better. For instance, you may recognise that you are repeating unhelpful patterns of relationships, so much of the therapy will be focused on understanding these patterns, so that you can change things in the present and the future.

Telephone Psychotherapy may be useful for those who travel regularly and need to continue with their therapy whilst away from home. People who live overseas or have busy work and personal lifestyles in the UK could also benefit. No matter whereabouts in the UK or World you are, I can help and be with you on a regular basis. Call me today for an initial assessment.

Psychotherapy over the telephone will not suit everyone and so it is important to have a telephone assessment to enable us to agree if this medium is right for you at the current time.

All calls are strictly confidential.
